Hi, I’m Danilo Boer. I’m the Global Creative Partner at FCB, where for the past 3.5 years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Susan Credle and creative leaders across our network to help push the boundaries of what modern advertising can do.

During this time, FCB has been named One Show Network of the Year and ADC Network of the Year for two years in a row—an unprecedented creative streak that reflects our global teams firing on all cylinders. FCB New York has also been crowned Agency of the Year multiple times at The One Show and the Clios, and in the last year alone we’ve brought home Grand Prix honors across categories as diverse as Direct (Adidas Runner321), Sports Entertainment (Dreamcaster), Health & Wellness (The Last Barf Bag), and Digital Craft (Spotify Spreadbeats). Spreadbeats also won Best of Show and our long-term Michelob ULTRA partnership was honored with the coveted Penta Pencil.

Beyond awards, our work has stretched the limits of creativity and impact. With Michelob ULTRA, we earned back-to-back Sports Emmys for McEnroe vs. McEnroe and Dreamcaster—both celebrated as Outstanding Digital Innovation. And most recently, Caption with Intention, a project I helped lead to reimagine accessibility in film, was honored by the Academy with a Scientific and Technical Oscar—marking a rare moment where advertising creativity directly influenced cinematic progress.

Before FCB, I was Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy New York, leading a 100+ person department through post-COVID recovery and winning transformative clients like Absolut, Hyatt, and Zippo. Earlier, I spent 11 years at BBDO New York, eventually becoming its first-ever Head of Art & Design, and then ECD overseeing brands like Bacardí, GE, Macy’s, and Foot Locker. Our work on Bacardí’s “Do What Moves You” platform helped revive the brand creatively and commercially, with recognition from the MoMA and Adweek’s CMO of the Year cover story.

I started my career at AlmapBBDO in Brazil, learning under Marcello Serpa and helping turn Havaianas into a global icon. I was lucky enough to win a Cannes Grand Prix for Billboard Magazine and picked up shiny things for brands like Volkswagen, Pepsi, and Getty Images.

I believe the best work sits at the intersection of culture, craft, and clever business thinking. I believe in building fast, fun, diverse teams that look like the world we live in—and I still get a thrill out of helping each office, brand, and teammate find their voice.
